Marianne Gregory - Trumpet. Marianne and her husband Josh (a drummer and guitarist) have four children, Samantha (5), Sarah (3), and twins Sophia and Suzanne (1). Marianne works a day job in business intelligence for retailers (yeah, we don't know what that is, either), but of course would rather be playing. Marianne started her career at 8yrs old playing for St. Jerome Catholic church, and worked her way through to 5 years at Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, playing semi-professionally. Marianne never quite made it to professional playing, mostly because her range on the trumpet doesn't support the requirements of orchestral repertoire.
